Are you using Google alerts in combination with blog mashups? Personally I use Google Alerts and Twingly.

Absolutely right. On a personal level I think we’ll se blogs replaced by ‘personal media platforms’ in 2009-10. It will of course not go away but the sheer buzz around blogs will move towards personal expression.
