Love that phrase! I’m gonna shout it out next time I’m at the movies and the ubiquitous scene like the one from Minority Report comes on – You know, the one where the store talks back to you with targeted ads. I think it’s a great point that I hadn’t considered before. Will there really be a need for physical shops in that kind of future? Probably not!

Man gör en enorm undersökning av vad människor vill ha för sneakers, underhåller användarna och låter dem kanske konsumera. Men med en annan approach, ge och underhåll för att få någonting tillbaka.
