Just like an obstinate 3 year old kid - a no defines who you are.

Etymologically, the word &quot;define&quot; comes from the Latin &quot;fines&quot; - limit. Only when you say no, you define where the limit is. 

What you do. What you eat. Who you hang out with. What you don&#039;t do.
