As long as they base things like Safari on Webkit, which in its turn is Open Source I'm not that scared of it. But I do agree, they should still let people in no matter what. Especially if they lock search which people are buzzing about. Both Google and Apple are slowly turning themselves into the former Microsoft while Microsoft are turning themselves into something different. Very good point!

If the iPhone continues to gain market shares it would be really strange if they not get in some trouble for that .. Microsoft got sued just because they bundled applications in windows ..
