			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><span class="drop_cap">M</span>e and partner in crime <a title="Göran Adlén" href="http://adlen.nu/html/adlen.html" target="_blank">Göran Adlén</a>, one of Swedens most hired and admired speakers on future trends, had a nice lunch a couple of weeks ago. Half way into a wonderful Pizza at <a title="Vapiano" href="http://www.reco.se/vapiano-stureplan" target="_blank">Vapiano</a> we suddenly cracked, what probably is our most stupid or&#8230;genius idea so far:</p>
<p><em>&#8220;Why don’t we lock our selves up somewhere and chat away about trends, communication, design, technology, the environment, the world and much more for 24 hours without any sleep or pause. NO SLEEP – NO PAUSE! and broadcast it &#8211; Live!?&#8221;</em></p>
<p>Seconds later I was off the phone with <a title="Robin Danehav" href="http://danehav.com/om/" target="_blank">Robin Danehav</a>, thincasting mastermind, who answered in seconds “I&#8217;m in!”.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Some of you might have followed my blog since way back while others followed me only a couple of days. So I decided it was time to dig into <a href="http://www.google.com/analytics/" target="_blank">Google Analytics</a> and gather my top 100 blog posts, based on traffic, (I have written <em>596</em> to this date) between the years 2005 and 2011 for you to read.</p>
<p>I did actually start my first blog back in 2002 but quickly stopped blogging. It was more of an installation experiment. Then in 2005 I slowly started posting again. Up until now I&#8217;ve had over a half a million pageviews and 367374 unique visitors dropping in.</p>

<p>Sometimes tons of things happens at once and suddenly we notice a shape, we call these shapes memories. But most of the time life is made up by small things that never form shapes. The truth however is that these small things is what life is all about. The more of em&#8217; you notice, the more you&#8217;ll notice life. And the more you notice life, the more you&#8217;ll enjoy it!</p>

<p>The concept called <a href="http://vimeo.com/groups/beyondthestill" target="_blank">&#8216;The Story Beyond The Still&#8217;</a> is a perfect example on how brands could look into creating digital events rather than necessarily trying to pull traffic to their own sites.</p>
<p>Swedish brands as well as most brands seem preoccupied with trying to figure out how to get traffic to their campaign <span style="color: #808080;"><em>(often built in flash&#8230;)</em></span> and brand sites. This is of course the number one strategy for any brand with an online business. But so far most brands do not have their business online so brand building and advertising is still what it&#8217;s <span id="more-4049"></span>all about. In the new landscape of trust brands should rather think about how to provide the community they wanna serve with products and services with something that adds value.</p>
<p>This project from Canon is a great example of this. Much like Nikons &#8220;<em>We gave then a D80 and what they came back with was stunning&#8221;</em> project back in 2004 performs a perfect lunar landing on the right spot. <a href="http://www.vimeo.com/" target="_blank">Vimeo</a> is quickly turning out to be the first spot for people exploring moving art. Equipped with the right keywords you&#8217;ll find tons of inspiration in high quality.</p>

<p><span class="drop_cap">A</span>nother thing this concept brings to mind is the fact that online branding is slowly moving away from design and graphical execution to rather directing people into joining conversations. Anyone can design and build technology today. It&#8217;s more about picking the right technology and putting together the right ideas!</p>

He makes all sorts of cool industrial design objects. The thing that got me hooked though was this outstanding LED spray can called <a href="http://www.aissalogerot.com/projects/halo/" target="_blank"><em>halo</em></a>. The photo says it all. I want one. For what I don&#8217;t know but that&#8217;s generally how I feel about cool objects &#8211; &#8216;Buy first think later&#8217;.</p>
